Refund Policy — Digi Pulse 27

At Digi Pulse 27, all products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

No Refunds on Digital Products Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been delivered or downloaded.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at vertercor@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Unauthorized Charges If you believe you were charged in error, please reach out to us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by completing the purchase and accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly agree to waive this right of withdrawal, as the content has been fully delivered and accessible to you.

Return Period For EU customers who have not yet accessed or downloaded the content: 14 days from purchase. For all other customers: no return period applies, as digital goods are delivered immediately.
